Multi-Sport (ages 11 – 14)

Develop your young athlete’s knowledge of sports, games and teamwork even further with this Multi-Sport camp. We will introduce your child to new sports that they may not have played before such as rugby, ultimate and parasport as well as playing more traditional sports and games. Every sport has transferable skills such as spatial awareness, leadership skills and agility, and this camp aims to highlight the similarities between each and the benefits of playing many sports to improve performance in your chosen one!

Multi-Sport High Performance will introduce your aspiring young athlete to Strength and Conditioning training, while keeping a fun camp atmosphere. Each camp day will be split in half with mornings spent training with a PISE Strength & Conditioning Coach and afternoons spent playing fun games and sports. This camp provides balance between learning correct training techniques, challenging your child’s ability levels, developing functional movement skills and providing lots of time for them to enjoy their summer!

What a great way to spend the week! This camp combines traditional sports with activities such as yoga, Pilates and stationary cycling while introducing young women to a workout environment. Our expert female instructors deliver the course in such a way to provide the foundation for increased motivation, self-confidence and empowerment in a non-intimidating situation.

Guy’s Week (11-14)

Looking to challenge and inspire the energetic young man in the family? Guy’s week is a week just for the boys! All your favourite sports as well as new and innovative games and activities will be played all day long. Leading the way as role models, our male leaders will talk to the young men about leadership, respect and how the benefits of sport transfer to other aspects of life.

Grand Slam Golf and Tennis (ages 6-10)

Grand Slam Golf and Tennis is a great way for junior athletes to be properly introduced to sports in a fun and non-competitive way. The basics of these two amazing sports will be taught using exciting team games and group lessons. Sessions will be led by qualified CPGA members and Tennis Canada Instructors ensuring effective and age-appropriate instruction is given and that key areas of technique and movement are learned.

Grand Slam Golf and Tennis Advanced (ages 10-14)

Grand Slam Golf and Tennis Advanced will introduce your young athlete to golf and tennis specific strength and conditioning training, as well as developing their sport skills. Featuring training protocols from highly qualified PISE S&C coaches and sport instruction from PGA of Canada and Tennis Canada instructors, the small group size will allow each individuals needs to be met. Transportation provided to a local golf course and tennis courts.
